Initial meeting, discussion of project requirements, budget and timeframe. This is where we prepare the design concept which the client will choose. With the requirements set, the team will proceed with creating the cornerstone for your space: the schematic design.

    2. Exploratory meeting with Client

    3. Schematic Design Presentation with Client

    4. Contract Proposal & Project Timeline Proposal (based on Contractor Timeline)

Phase 2: Design Development

The team will then develop the approved design concept followed by the mood board and renderings for visual presentation to the client.

    1. Client onboarding

    2. Initial Design Development Presentation

    3. Final Design Development Presentation

Phase 3:

Construction Documentation
